This volume is devoted to the internationally recognized scientific method of evidence-based nursing (EBN). This is a method that stands at the interface between nursing practice and nursing science and thus represents a central area of competence for university-trained nurses. The volume will enable students to transfer scientific findings methodically into the field of nursing, by presenting the individual steps of the method and providing practical procedural instructions in the form of practical examples.
