1960s Harvard. The world is changing, and Dr Timothy Leary is hosting clinical trials for a drug called LSD in his living room. Among the guests are PhD student Fitzhugh and his wife who are quickly seduced by this new drug. Captives to the subversive whims of Dr Tim, they leave their old lives for a ramshackle mansion in upstate New York - for the final act of a terrible, beautiful experiment. Brilliantly strange.
