Dr. Engelsrud earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technology in 2006, an MBA in IT Management in 2011, and in 2017 completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence. Over the past decade, Dr. Engelsrud has presented on a variety of topics, including business intelligence and PeopleSoft administration at industry conferences throughout the United States.
